We specialise in whole house renovations, loft conversions,
basement conversions and property extensions.
We also offer a design and build service, whereby our architect
will, with close client consultation, produce plans and submit
applications for planning and building regulations to the local
council.
We also carry out general building work.
The images to the left show a recent whole house renovation that
we conducted for a client. The property underwent a full loft
conversion
including dormer
windows to the front and velux to the rear that created
two extra double bedrooms and a family bathroom. A rear
extension to create a dining area / sun lounge. A full
plumbing and heating overhaul. A full rewire. A complete
replaster of every room. New fully integrated modern kitchen
and bathrooms. Also the front and rear externals were
relandscaped.
